File for you

In the app, open File for you. Send a photo or PDF of your insurance card (front is enough), or type carrier, name on the policy, address, and vehicle.

We already have your name, email, and phone from Profile (from sign-up). You confirm home address on that screen so we can reach you and file in the right place. A specialist reviews what you sent and handles the carrier.

File it yourself

Prefer to call or file online? Use File myself in the app, or use this page.

File one comprehensive hail claim for the single storm that hit your car. Do not stack dates or open multiple claims for the same damage. Say you are working with HailMatch, and save the claim number.
