- Ongoing for customers who become long-term clients, for future reference and service

- Delays in service or communication
- Disputes between customers and repair shops
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying insurance coverage and claim status
- Reviewing and agreeing to repair shop terms and conditions
- Communicating directly with the assigned repair shop
- Providing accurate information about their vehicle and damage
